Cooking mussels in their shells

I want to cook mussels in their shells and am looking for a few recipes.
I don't eat garlic so the traditional moules mariniere is a no go!
I have done some research on line so don't need other folks to search for me, but I would be interested in any recipes that people use as tried and tested.

Thanks.

I've not cooked this but I've had something similar in a restaurant. (Very tasty!):

If you'll forgive me for suggesting something which I've not tried, this look rather nice (and incredibly easy!):

You could make a garlic-free Paella, which will be fine if you add enough 'interesting' stuff to it.

redhelen's first one is good - effectively its a mariniere without the garlic added. To redhelen's add some chopped flat parsley at the end and some fresh black pepper.

Remember if the shell doesn't open or is broken, you should discard it........safety.
