Can't think it would be good - doesn't that stuff give you the runs? When you buy sugar free mints which will have artificial sweetner in them, they always limit you to about a pack a day and they will be less concentrated than an actual sweetner I think.

lol no, not with a spoon! Just on cereal, coffee, tea etc. I know it's prob not that great for me... just wondering if anyone knew what i might be doing to my insides haha

You must have an exceptionally sweet tooth. A jar lasts Mr LL about two months. He doesn't have it on cereal though. Just about half a tspn in drinks (which is equivalent to twice the amount of sugar.
