James Tanner made a chicken and leek bake on Lorraine, but it is not on the website. did anyone see it? I know he put in creme fraiche, but what else>

Thanks! I have got two chicken breasts out of the freezer and was looking to see what was rattling round the fridge to put with them. i will have to use cream instead of the creme fraiche, or I could mix it with some yoghurt for a healthier version!

Did the recipe with chicken breast but put it in the oven to brown instead of on the hob. Served with rice and green beans - it was delicious!!
