Forgive my ignorance, but what is a tangine?
a Tagine is a casserole with a high lid
Yes, but what is a tangine?
It's a little tangerine but without the hesitation....

Tagines are lovely, I am in love with Moroccan food.
This is a tagine-a type of earthenware cooking vessel used in Moroccan cooking.

A tagine also refers to what is cooked in the pot-usually a stew that is based on couscous,as the tagine steams the couscous.
