Has anyone got a good recipe for a Corned Beef Hash (for two)? I know there will probably be loads of recipes on the net, but I'd rather have one from an actual someone...if you know what I mean....smile! Ta Muchly.

An Indian side-dish sounds like foogard. Any ideas?

What is wrong with corned beef,welsh? It is only beef that has been cured with salt.
The rest of the hash is potatoes and onions.....where's the problem?

turn the mixture to nouveau cuisine by adding chilli powder & roll into patties, cover with breadcrumbs and fry in sesame oil. Serve with matchstick carrots dotted with corn on top and trickle Daddies sauce around plate in fancy decor.

For really 10* cuisine add trifle on top with a honey vinaigrette drizzle :>)

My mum always did cornish pasty but it was corned beef and a layer of potato, maybe it was some yorkshire thing

I know folk who do it in the oven with mash on top...doesn't seem the same somehow. A 'hash' is a mixture, I think......

In scotland they have a dish called stovies,i boil potatoes and onions in beef stock,drain well and add corned beef,mash together and season delicious,but stovies recipes vary using different meats...

I've only had stovies once....and there was no corned beef in it....does it vary by region?

Its just some peoples take on it,some use left over roast meat,or sausages,corned beef or no meat at all...
