tapenade is a paste made with olives and flavoured with capers, i split a chicken breast and fill it with tapenade and bake them in the oven, not my cup of tea but my customers seem to like it! This is the recipie we use

20 pitted olives, coarsely chopped
1 Tbsp chopped capers
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp anchovy paste (optional)
black pepper

mix them all up an keep refridgerated.

You can also make tapenade with sundried tomatoes and olives which is beautiful. Look on cookery websites or type your request into Google.
