i still have some guilt free chocolate and orange cheesecake left.

a crunchy digestive base, mixed with sumptious bournville chocolate, topped with a creamy and light cheese topping, enfused with sweet, juicy orange and baked to perfection for 15 minutes . . . .

And, done in the healthiest way possible, so you can eat guilt free.

i made it for my mums birthday.

mix the drumbed biscuits with a little butter, melt the chocolate and stir it in. Press into the bottom of a baking tin.

mix egg whites until stiff, fold in the low fat cream cheese, finely grated orange rind and a squirt of orange juice.

put ontop of the base, and into the oven for 15minutes on a low heat.

Why would you MAKE a cheesecake?

You can buy one at Waitrose.

Or Costco.
or Iceland... yum
Seagull... there's no substitute for the real thing...
Question Author
there isn't a waitrose near us and i've never heard of costco.

its so much nicer, you can make your own flavours, you know exactly whats gone into it, and you can make it healthier.
NoM-dont start JJ off
Question Author
The nearest waitrose is probably 30 miles away, and shopbought ones aren't that nice, me and mum both think they have too much topping for the base anyway, so i did it 1/3 base, 2/3 topping and it was scrumptious.
Molly ... you've not heard of Costco ?

OMG ... !

You must find your nearest Costco ... it's fab !
