30g of cereals

30g of cereals is a lot. i was curious and sadly wieghed out how much i have.

If i'm cycling etc first thing in the morning i have a smidgen under 20g and if i'm not really doing anything soon about 10-15g.

My dad whose a bigger probably only has 10 or 20g, so why put the nutrients list of a wieght noone has?

Are you kidding? 30g is barely anything, its like a couple of tablespoons! I just started dieting and was shocked to realise I normally pile more like 50g into my bowl, so have been weighing it to make sure I stick to the portion size and its diddy!
The volume taken by 30 gms varies from cereal to cereal. But when I was dieting it looked very small. But surprising how one got used to it. That's the problem, if you are used to more than 30 gms, then 30 gms looks too small. But it isn't really.

take mini weet/oati-bix, i have ten if i'm not doing anything much soon, and about 15 -20 if i'm cycling to school. and that fills me up until breaktime (11am) when i have a apple or banana, then at lunch i have a wholemeal sandwich, another bit of fruit and some fruit juice.
