It's sunny here, light breeze and generally good weather forecast for the next few days.

I'm cooking rigatoni alla polpettine (sp?) - that's meatball pasta bake to you and me. I might do homemade chunky chips too. Take Alf for a walk down the beach and just spend the day chilling.

What about you? Going out or staying in?

And there's plenty of tea in the pot if anybody wants some. Now where's lamtaf and his fabulous 4 slice toaster?

I made a full breakfast this morning, but everything grilled and the eggs poached!!
My son is eating , I'm glad about that, think he's split from his girlfriend! :0(

I've had a cappuccino from my new(ish) coffee maker, the oven is on and waiting for a cinnamon and raisin bagel. no plans for today, except dull housework and waiting to see if my Home Shopping is delivered on time and with no major errors. some chance!

Is is any good, Sara?

I had an Ariete Elisir Cafe from a chain called Master. But they've gone bust recently. I only paid about 70 euros for it, and I got 100 euros worth of free coffee/tea pods free with the machine. Bargain, but I used it so much, I broke the stupid thing.

yeah, I really like it. it costs about £3.50 for "t disks" that make 8 drinks but some (esp cappuccino, just half a mug)) are quite small. the machine reads the barcodes on the disks, so add the right amount of water/steam.

it suits me fine though.

Food shopping, making soup for lunches this week and perhaps back to bed to read my book.

Looks cold out there though and the shops all of ten minutes away... I may just order take away to avoid hyperthermia.... Southen jessy, me? Ya better believe it! ;0)
