I bought to much from my local supermarket Deli and was wondering if OK to freeze?
prev Nibbles for table when main is Thai Curry
  
next I'm told duck fat is the best for my roasties!

As long as you make sure it is in an air tight container I don't see why not. The only problem is it might lose some of its flavour!

I froze some to use before christmas for a party and had to throw it out, would never freeze again, just make and eat or buy and use!!!
