bread maker

I recently purchased a bread maker in my local lidl store. It works perfectly but i find their own brand mixes very bland. I would be very happy if some of my anserbank friends coud give me a good brown bread recipe

Ta pal. I think you are right. Seems a terrible waste of energy

I use Hovis granary and white. Asda sell them 2 for £1, It's cheaper to buy the mixes. I always made bread to recipes but not any more as the mixes are so reliable.
