Rake up leaves.
Get Rug Doctor from Tessy's and clean carpets.
Then: Socialise, Sleep, Shop, watch trashy Saturday tv, socialise, sleep, read, socialise.
Until it's Monday morning and I will wish I'd slept more, spent less & socialised less.

I dont have any plans cant drink as driving bloke to his mates so he can drink and watch the big fight. I may have a girly film night.
Picking the kids up soon, then Tescos (groans). Then baking and cooking all day tomorrow and decorating the house for a combined Firework and Birthday party. Sunday more work (after I have recovered).
Watching my footie team on sky tonight down the local. Usually watch local team play on Saturdays but they are away. Visit parents on Sunday.

ha ha make sure your little girl does not lick the bowl
Actually ummmm, surprisingly well. The little boy can be a bit of a handful (and I am not used to dealing with severe autism so its a big learning curve). I get on great with the girl, but her fussy eating habits drive me insane. There is something wrong with absolutely EVERYTHING I cook and she wears this sullen grumpy expression and just pushes it round her plate. Cos her dad is so indulgent, she then gets a second meal cooked for her. Frankly, when we were kids, we ate what we were told to eat. But those are the two minor problems in an otherwise good relationship.
That's good. My son has austism, only mild, but he's bloody hard work at times. Especially with his temper and he gets obsessed with really trivial things that people do. He eats well though so that's something. They all eat well actually...I've been lucky with that one.

Do they live with him full time?
I have this plan for world domination by wearing a scarey monster outfit and chasing everyone away ....
but no doubt it will be thwarted again by those pesky kidsand that bloomin' great dane

Am I right ?
I'm not wrong !
No they don't live with him full time, we have them every other weekend from Friday to Monday and then a night or two during the week (complicated bloody formula and I never know which it is).

I'm learning though - its as much a shock for them as it is for me but we seem to be tinkering along quite happily. And I'm very lucky really because they are lovely children - I could have met someone with total little horrors.

What has amazed us both though is that the little boy HATES animals - won't have anything to do with them. But he absolutely loves my old lady cat and she appears to feel the same about him. Completely inseparable when he is here.
not sure yet i've got sat off for a change so i might go out after work tonight, which will mean zombie day tomorrow :-)
My next shift starts at 7am saturday morning.
