I've recently bought a Thermomix, with which I am trying out new recipes. Last night I steamed chicken portions. The result was horrendous. The chicken was tough and there was absolutely no taste. Has anyone had a similar problem with their machine, or even when steaming chicken portions? The potatoes and beans done at the same time were lovely, the carrots were soft. What am I doing wrong?
