oven temp for mac and cheese

hello and greets to the group

in gordon ramsays mac and cheese recipe

it does not give an oven temp....are we talking around 170/180C??

can someone help to clear this up

Not too hot in case the mac catches fire.

170-180 should be fine...the short oven time will help all the flavours to develope.

thanks to all....started at 170 and then kicked it up to 180....

worked great and the recipe was fantastic....would certainly do it again
