sorry I dont know Madrid but is there a bakers shop that could help or do they have health food stores perhaps rather than the supremarkets?

Hi.. i m actually arriving in Madrid tomorrow. So in theory yes, i could bring some out! not sure on the logistics, but staying right by Sol.

thanx kira00, wud appreciate the offer of the strong bread flour, but am i too late in replying?? i can meet you outside the famous Mallorca cake shop, it near the sol metro exit. at either 13.00 or 20.15 on wednesday(today) or tomorrow thursday.
i�d like 2 bags of each strong flour, wholemeal and white

Hi gredo. So sorry. We left early on weds, so didnt get your reply in time- got back late last night, and picked up reply just now. Shame, would have been happy to oblige, esp as we were staying about 2mins walk from la mallorquina!
