managed to buy one to many pots and hate the waste...apparently if I cook them I can freeze them so handy ready made potato dishes, ready to cook in the freezer...major bonus when the kids have made the day demanding.
Course you can - what do you think oven chips are made of?! They do keep for a long time naturally though.
Yeah- you can definitely freeze them. If you got raw potatoes cut them into smaller pieces then blanche in water for a couple of minutes, allow to cool then freeze.
