Fruity crumble recipe

prep time 1o mins

cooking time 25 mins

serves 4 to 6


100gm caster sugar
2 x 450gm mixed frozen fruits

for the topping
100gm plain flour
50gm unsalted butter , cut into cubes
50gm caster sugar
25gm each of hazlenuts ,almonds and pecans.

preheta oven to 180c or gas mark 4
stir the fruits into the sugar and place in a one litre baking dish
to make the topping place flour ,butter , sugar and nuts in food processor and pulse/chop for a few secs.
put th crumble on top of the fruit pressing down lightly.
put in middle shelf of oven for 25 to 30 mins.
until top is browned and juices are bubbling thru.

serve with ice cream custard or clotted cream.

Also freezes very well so no need to waste it .

you can buy the frozen fruits at iceland , alternatively use fresh .
