Salmon salad

Can anyone give me a recipe for a salmon salad? I have the non smoked salmon fresh type (the sustainable one Jamie Oliver advertises!) and baby potatoes...what else would I need? Thanks

Fry salmon in pan with a little olive oil and butter, can be eaten hot or cold. Toss boiled baby potatoes in butter and parsley. Serve with lettuce, thinly slice cooked aspaagus, mange tout and a few chives placed on top of salmon. A little crumbled feta chees can be added. A simple dressing of olive oil and zested lemon would be enough. Hope that helps, though it is all down to personal taste.
