how do i stand i got a martgage with my partner that was at the time and she has not kept up her side ie not helped in the house with the renovations money wise now we are spliting up ,and she wants me to sell i have allways payed martgage and all the costs of the renovations to the sum of �20000.all she has payed for is elec water poll tax and food how do i stand she is saying she is putting house up for sale help please

Assuming the mortgage is in joint names then she can apply to force a sale.

If you can't afford to buy her out, you need to seek the advice of a solicitor.
Is she on the title deeds as well?
As her name is on the mortgage, she has got to be on the Title Deeds too.

Not necessarily, I've had it done that way before, depends on the circumstances.
lots of relationships happen like this - you pay for one thing and your partner pays for another. She has a right to the profits of the appreciation since she's been on the mortgage
