I need a recipe for a decent Lamb Bhuna like ones from local Indian restuarants - One where the meat is tender - I'm going to use Shouilder Fillet anyway. Suggestions or links very welcome - Cheers - Steve

Thanks for that JD.
By the way your recipe will be going up against Neema Patak's jarred stuff that I found earlier today at Morrison's - I'll let you know the outcome later.

Cheers - Steve
if you wanted to you could add the jar stuff as well as the other ingredients or actually just use that instead.

Lamb needs cooking for longer so i'd give it around 2-3 hours on the hob on a low heat, making sure you stir it every now & again. Possibly less in the oven and only 15mins in a pressure cooker.

good luck
