Parsley Gravy or apple Sauce???

For Sunday lunch I am having

Gammon joint
Creamy mash
Savoy cabbage
Baby Carrots
Frozen garden peas

Should I have parsley gravy or apple sauce?? (or the third option of normal bisto?)

And what are you having??

Go for parsley gravy.

I'm making a chicken curry but instead of using coconut milk or yogurt I'm going to try it with quark.

Once you had planted the idea in my head Wardy I just had to nip to the supermarket and buy a gammon joint. I bought a lovely spiced plum chutney to go with mine.

How was your Aprilis??

My was lovely!! Over roasted on purpose to get loads of crackling. I opted for parsley gravy in the end which made a very nice accompliment.
