Rangers fans are allowed to get pi$$ed up in Manchester, have a wonderful time and generally get up to any kind of mischief they want to. This time next week fans of Chelsea and Man Utd will be held in "detention centres", escorted to the ground by Moscow police, treated with contempt, herded up like cattle and will wonder why football fans have a grievance.
