Anyone got a basic muffin recipe with good results every time?

340g Self Raising Flour
150g Light Soft Brown Sugar
6.5 fl oz Buttermilk
4.5 fl oz Veg Oil
1 Beaten Egg

Sift the flour and sugar together, mix in the other ingredients and lightly mix, don't mix too thoroughly. Put into 12 muffin cases and cook at GM5 for about 30 mins.
