My wife's one year old plant is just beginning to flower quite profusley but in the last few weeks all the leaves are starting to go brown on the ends. She keeps the compost damp so is sure she is not over or under watering. Any ideas of the problem?

I don't know where you are birdofprey but your wife's choisya's probably suffering from the cold winds we've had lately or it could be scorch if it gets the morning sun after a frosty night. Don't worry, it should be fine in a week or two & the new leaves will look much healthier. It can be lightly trimmed after flowering if it's looking a bit dog eared.
