Sainsburys sell goose fat will that do?
ewwwwwwwwwwww
Duck fat - the one product Dr Spooner always sent his wife to buy.
If you cook a duck you'll get absolutely loads of fat out of it if you pour it into a roasting tin.
Sainsbury does goose fat? cool. greedyfly you haven't lived unless you've eaten roast potatoes done in goose fat. duck fat is a good alternative. (plenty rosemary and salt sprinkled over)

Tescos do have it (Goose Fat) as well - in their "Finest" selection....is pricey though 2.49 for 200g
buy a tin of confit of duck from a french style food shop if you can find one . it consists of portions of duck in its own fat. scrape off the fat and slowly fry the duck cos its gods own food. the fat you can then use for what ever. try roasting potatoes in it. they are great. if you have no local french food shop then find someone who does booze cruises to calais and get them to go to the local Auchan supermarket where they will find it in the same isle as tinned veg and meat for about 3 quid a tin instead of 10 quid here.
