Does anyone have the recipe for sweetcorn cooked with (i think) chilli and ginger that was in one of Jamie Oliver's books? I had it at a friends house and want to make it tonight but can't remember what all was in it or the quantities!

Hi Chazza,
All you do is stir fry the kernels with:

2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1 tsp chopped chilli
1 handful of chopped parsley
2 tbsp soy sauce

Enjoy!

The book doesn't specify but I'm assuming it's the kernals from one corn.
