Hairy bikers

A while ago they did a program going from one of their home towns to the other and on the way they made a chicken breast stuffed with sausage meat and wraped in ham that looked lovely - does anyone know exactly what was in it? I have looked in both of their cook books but it isn't in them or on the website.

A better tasting meal is a chicken breast stuffed with mozzerlla (fresh italian) with a teaspoon of pesto, wrapped in parma ham

Serve with a sun dried tomato paste and creme freche sauce, tastes complicated but is really easy.
