I love the new Doritos Latinos....sweet pepper and sour cream. Also with red wine, I do love some Dairy Milk or Bourneville straight from the fridge! Mhmmmmmmmmmm
Blue cheese. Cashel Blue is good if you don't like your blue cheese toooooooo smelly.

cheese straws...tesco's to a selection box of three flavours of puff pastry twist things in their finest range, nuts especially dressed with a little hot spice. If you want to make the efort and are feeling posh, make some tiny yorkshire puds in mini muffin tims and then fill with fillet steak cut into small chunks and fried up with chopped onion then stirred into horseradish or mustard. Serve hot to amaze and delight your friends
scubaboy breadcake (roll/bap/bun) pork dripping (inc brown bits) salt
Try cutting up a baguette into little circles, brush with olive oil and coat with sesame seeds. Toast these until sesame seeds are golden. Then add equal quantities of mayo, wholegrain mustard and horseradish and mix in a bowl. Spread toast with this. Then, after having cooked some cumberland sausage, cut it into slices and layer on top. I know this sounds long and tedious, but it is gorgeous, and has quite a bite - perfect to complement a nice Shiraz Cabernet.
