Oh all right then, I'm off round Whiffey's house to help him cook a veggie curry. I do a mean stack of parathas if anyone wants some....

Well nothing original here, but Chicken Phall, as thrown together by me. I have 5 bags of Dorset Naga chillis in the freezer and I chop one into every curry I cook (cook lol !!)

Close second, King Prawn Phall.

Close third Spaghetti Bolognaise as thrown together by me ect ect.

starter .... duck pate on toast

main meal .... chicken kiev with jersey potatoes, peas, cauliflower cheese and spinach

dessert .... a large banana boat

cheese and crackers with a glass of port

different wine with each course

Washed down with a lovely red wine.

I agree with samcat.......roast pork with loads of crackling and all the trimmings with nice thick onion gravy made with the meat juices. Crackling has got to be simply the best taste in the world ! Mmmmm, I'm SO drooling now.
