I would say the tap water. We need around 2 litres of liquid per day, but we get most of that from the food we eat.
I would say the cordial as you will be getting more water. My dr told me that it doesnt matter if the amount of water you drink is made up of cordial
It would be better for you to drink the allotted 2 litres of water a day that doctors tell us to drink.
Coming back to your question: cordial added to the water is only adding the addidives which aren't good for you on the nutrition factor.
So answering your question; I'd say 1/2 litre of water is better!
