Hi can anyone tell me the name of the restaurant/hotel that chef James Martin has purchased in or around Winchester?

He opened the Hotel du Vin and Bistro in Winchester in 1993.

James doesnt yet own a restaurant in Winchester, but he is thinking of opening one. He has endorsed 2 restaurants on board the "Ocean Village" cruise ships called "The Bistro" where he visits about once every 2 months. He does have a deli in Winchester called Cadogan and James.
