Have you tried the Colman's Tuna Pasta Bake packet mix (looks like this: http://www.ocado.com/catalog/images-full/25923 011_L.jpg )? I know it's cheating, but it's lovely!

I usually buy those really big pasta shells you can get in Tesco as they holds loads of the tuna and sauce inside. Cook your pasta whilst you make up the sauce in another saucepan. We use two packets of the sauce mix for extra flavour. Bung two tins of tuna in it, a tin of sweetcorn and mushrooms.

When you've mixed it all together, put some grated cheese and some broken-up plain crisps on the top. Put it in the oven until the cheese has melted. Yum-my!

(Sorry, Im a BusyBee, I copied & pasted my answer from CB).

Hope this helps! :o)
I got a buckshee Oxo cook book from an offer somewhere and this is from that ..was quite nice

2 0xo Vegetable Stock Cubes
180g pasta shapes
1 generous knob butter
1 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon flour
450ml milk
1 large courgette, sliced
120g Cheddar cheese, grated
200g can tuna, drained and flaked
12 cherry tomatoes

Cook pasta according to the pack instructions in plenty of boiling water, seasoned with 1 Oxo Vegetable Cube. Drain
Melt butter and saute onion until soft. Stir in flour and cook 2-3 minutes.
Gradually stir in milk, bring to the boil, add courgettes and simmer, stirring for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat, add 60g cheese and crumble in remaining Oxo Vegetable Cube.
Add tuna and tomatoes and mix well together with the cooked pasta.
Spoon into a greased oven proof dish.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over pasta and sauce. Place under a hot grill until lightly browned.
cook pasta make or buy white sauce then mix tuna in. warm through then mix in pasta. put into heatproof dish, cover with cheese, put under grll till cheese melts or put in microwave till cheese has melted
This is a good store cupboard recipe. Take pasta which has been cooked, add a tin of mushroom soup, tin of drained (or frozen) sweetcorn and a drained tin of tuna. Mix all ingredients together, place in ovenproof bowl and layer tortilla chips on top. Bake in oven until warm through.
I make it with homepride creamy pasta baske sauce it think it is tomato and herb. (it is the one with the little black cartoon character on it) and just do as it says on the jar but i just add 2 tins of tuna its yummy!!
