does anyone know any tasty recipes for the above?

Last night I cooked mine in a gridle pan with salt, pepper and fresh lemon juice. It was nice, but I'd like to make a marinade sauce for it.

Thx

I love fresh tuna steaks, usually grill mine or put it on the George Foreman, meanwhile i fry a red onion, loads of mushrooms, capers and lots of worchestershire sauce, serve on top of the tuna. I sometimes find it a little dry on its own.Its also nice with lime juice and ginger.x
dont know actual recipe but my brother in law served this and it was delicious. He had cooked the steak on his griddle pan - dont believe anything was used other than salt and pepper. In a pot he fried off some onions, put a tin of chopped tomatoes, sweet chilli sauce a pit of paprika i think it was - but suppose whatever you fancy. he served the tuna on top of the sauce with some of those tiny new potatoes roasted and it was lovely. Had a nice spicey bite to it. Sorry not an actual recipe but might give you an idea.
marinade over night in Cajun spices (by Schwartz) and vegetable oil..... once ready cook on your griddle or under grill... lovely if you like little spicey but not too overpowering.
