I had an agreement to sell an online games account to an individual who i gave access before i recieved payment. He choose to pay a subscription for the account to the games company without asking me. When he didnt pay me, to take the account in an acceptable period, i reclaimed it. He is claiming im commiting a crime in not giving him the subscription fee back, even tho i have no intention of using the account.

There are a number of factors involved here. Firstly, you may not have been entitled to re-assign your licence for the online games account in which case the sale would be null and void. This will be detailed in the Terms and Conditions or Licence Agreement. If this is the case:

(a) the account is probably still your sole responsibility

(b) you cannot enforce your agreement with the third party

This is the first thing you should check.
