2 questions hat have been deep on my mind for some time now.

1) On most calorie burning calculators/charts, do the calories burned per minute take into account the amount of calories you would have burned anyway just buy sitting stationary?

For example in addition to normal activities, I have been exercising to burn 200 calories per day, but then I thought well if I'd have been just sitting down for half an hour anyway I would have burned some calories. So in that respect should I be be trying to burn an extra say 30 calories more to take that into account, or do the charts do so already?

2) I forgot what that question is now. Not been as strict with the excercising lately. Well it was a technical question anyway.
