I have for possibly the first time in my life got defined biceps. My fitness instructor is totally booked up till the new year, and as I go soo early he is never there, in fact noone is. As much as I am loving the new toned arms, I dont want them to become bulky. Should I lower the weights I am lifting and go for higher repetition, and more sets, or should I keep them as they are, but again, higher repetition and more sets.

Just asked my husband Goodsoulette. He says maintain the weight and do more reps. If you increase the weight and do less reps you will bulk up muscle.

Hope that helps.

Why can't your fitness instructions get out of bed in the morning - lazy little monkeys!!!

Happy gyming!

:o)
