Anyway, can't you make your own? Get some Spam, slice into big thick slices, coat in batter mix and fry them!

It's so funny that such a simple thing like a piece of battered SPAM could create so much happiness for the family in the advert!
Brilliant.
Bet they taste terrible too.
TUCKERS, have you tried Sainsbury's?
I have just asked the girls in the office, apart from laughing at me and calling me crazy, they said try Sainsbury's.

Tuckers - I spent many years in the army, and we'd get spam fritters about once a fortnight. Everyone, (except the cooks!), hated them. When they were on the menu, the local chippy would later do a roaring trade.
Good luck Tuckers.
I was on a mission this week to find them for my mum and sister and did so in ....... Sainsburys. They are in the chilled section near the chicken/sunday dinner type products. Not fresh meat though - they were past the cheese & yoghurts and near the ready meals.

They are in a plastic blue cellophane topped packet with cardboard sleeve and were 1.99 for 4.

My Mum said they were great and so did my sister - we're having them tonight with chips and beans.

Yes it would be easy to make them yourself but convenience rules.
