How would I go about finding someone that wants the deer I shot?

I am located in Provo Utah but the deer could also come out of Tremonton Utah so if you are near there let me know asap if you want my deer or it is going to go bad. I'm not processing it thats why I need to get rid of it. Just so you know you will get a deer's body, not venison, you will have to process it yourself.
jfronk, just why did you kill this deer, I have hunted all my life and to this day I have never killed anything without a reason.
You cant even prepare it yourself, you really didn't think it through did you. People like you should never be allowed to hold a firearms licence, killing for a bit of fun!! I hope you enjoyed the experience!!! you probably feel like a man now, don't you!!!

Just what problem was the deer giving you when it was alive?
Now you've shot it, you've given yourself a problem.
Just don't go blaming it on the deer.
You could always use the services of a taxidermist, keep the animal in your home, and, over time, try to develop a sense of shame that you ever shot it.

Is it good to kill animals if you eat them - but evil to kill them but not eat them? I can't see how it's much worse, because unless there is a huge famine and all you can eat is what you kill, then eating a deer is just an extension of the fun of hunting it and shooting it, if you like that sort of thing. We are not living at subsistence level, after all.
If you were a deer and a hunter had cornered you and you had no way to escape, the hunter says "I'm going to kill you now, deer." you'd be horrified. If the hunter says "I'm going to kill you now, and then later, I am going to cut off your skin and hang you up until all your blood drains out, then I will chop you into bits and invite many of my specied to come and put your parts on the fire where they will roast and then we will all eat you".
You may be tempted to say, "Look mate, just shoot me and bury me in the woods will you?"

I'm surprised that you asked a question on an English website without realising, but even worse, that you shot an innocent animal in cold blood without first having any idea of how you would dispose of it or what you would do with it. So the poor animal's carcass is now starting to rot and it died for no apparent reason or benefit apart from that fact that you just wanted a bit of sport?
I've no objection to killing a wild animal for food if it's carcass is treated in a professional manner and it is shot quickly and humanely. But to kill a animal without any thought as to what you would do with it afterwards seems a pretty dumb thing to do in my view.

OK all you english freaks! First of all Im a women so killing something would never make me feel like a man. Second I never wanted to kill anything in the first place, but my boyfriend pushed me into it. Third I did kill it having an intention of eating it. I would never waste something like that! I felt bad enough killing it in the first place! I cried and swore I would never hunt again. The reason I'm looking for someone to take it is because I thought my boyfriend was going to pay for it but then he didn't and I can't afford it and deffinately don't want to waste it. There is one thing your right about though we didn't plan it very good we just went as far as the shooting part so I have learned my lesson. But thanks everyone you have really made me realize how many judgemental, small-minded, ass holes there are in the world that don't even know anything about the situation and immediately jump to conclusions and rag on someone.
Actually jfronk, I live in the western U.s. and lived in Bountiful for a few years. From the time I was five years old my father had taught me how to field dress and cut up any game animals shot. It doesn't have to be paid for and it takes about an hour to either bone it all out or to cut it into roasts and steaks. Since I seem to have led off on the criticism, I think it's necessary to have you understand that one doesn't have to be British to have an aversion to wasted game animals. The difference between your examples of pigs, chickens, etc., and wild game is that ordinarily, one doesn't hunt them for sport... at any rate, your deer is probably wasted by now, so it can join the others left along the roadside...
