Goats ?
hi loggy,

almond milk is delicious. you can find it in the health food shops. rice milk is not too bad, but i don't care for it.
doesnt every supermarket stock milk alternatives? All it takes is a simple trip to your supermarket!
Hi Loggy,
I am sure that Naz is correct and that people who cannot tolerate Dairy can still take goats milk and cheeses, so it is worth a try! or at least ask your Doctor the question!

I answered this in B&S for you ..but just in case you don't see it ..try Oatly milk .It's delicious on cereals and you can drink it in tea but I don't really think that there is any substitute for cows milk in tea so drink it black with lemon.
I have tried ,goats milk ,soya etc and they upset my insides just as much as the cows milk.

Sorry, I posted this question in body and soul and also in food and drink to get more responses.

My husband is not I don't think lactose intolerant but gets extremely smell breath and a sour taste immediately after having milk with tea, butter or yoghurt, without milk he is fine. Most embarrassing problem!!!. I will try goats milk out on him tonight as I have just bought some and it seems to taste like cows milk. I have my doubts whether he will be able to tolerate this as it is still dairy.
Hi There,
I use rice milk and I love it, but almond milk is really tasty too if that doesn't appeal. You can get it in Asda online. Its made by Kallo. Good luck! X
Dont know if this is useful but Asda also stock Oat cream which is lovely, much nicer than the real thing. Its a real treat in cereal and fab in fruit salads. X
Here in the USA we have powdered coffee creamers - Coffeemate is one brand - that can be used instead of milk - they are not really a dairy product. They taste good to me - not sure if they would work in tea as well as coffee.
