i made spag bol last week using mince that was frozen,there was some spag bol left over so i froze it. will it be ok to eat it? im just thinking that the mince has been frozen twice will it be ok? was thinking of giving it to me kids for tea?obvioulsy if there ok,i,ll have some myself. no only joking. wots reckon?
If the mince was raw when it was first frozen, then it will be OK as you have cooked it before freezing it a second time. At least I have done this on many on occassion and I am still OK (mind you that's subjective!).
