Yes, my local Woolworths still have them. Failing the usual brand - M&S do a version of them. The double chocolate ones are lovely and they do a variety box of them too (i was given a box on my Birthday).

Right, best put the thought of them back out of my mind ha ha. xx

I will have to try M&S - it's for my wifes birthday - she expressed an interest in them - but try as I might - I could not find Nestles ones......
oh no, why not try just an ordinary corner shop - they always have loads of sweets - also i remember Woolworths doing like a triangular pack of them once too. Must be somewhere that does them. Hope your wife has a nice Birthday :-)

as Homer might say mmmm walnut whip ha ha
*drools - definate Homer moment! uummmmm Walnut Whips!

Love 'em .... my fave is the Coffee one from M&S

I spotted Walnut Whips in Tesco's the other day - they were hidden away on a top shelf in the choccie section

And who are those amongst us who remember that positively the only way to eat one was:

Bite off nut and smallest possible bit of chocolate from pointy top end. Form tongue into point. Lick out every morsel of goo (finger clearing of corners was NOT allowed under any circumstances). Nibble round the layers of chocolate until you were left with the disc at the bottom. Then stuff the disc in your mouth all at once. But you had to have a long, very pointy and very flexible tongue..................................
Yes, M&S do a triple pack - 1 walnut, 1 coffee and 1 pecan (my personal favourite).

(If this appears twice - sorry, the system seems to be playing up.)
