missjef, I like beef with cheese, toasted, all fillings except the green pickly/peppers and with a chipotle sauce on Italian and herb bread. Scrummy

Ok sorry to hjack the question a little but does anyone think that a subway sandwitch (sub roll!) has a good nutritional value?

Is it better for you than say a Macdonolds?

and the steak n cheese with southwestern dressing.

i usually go for steak and cheese or ham and double cheese - with all the salad except tomotoes and gherkins :D with light mayo..... yum yum!

Went into Subways yesterday and they said that they are stopping the veggie patties - gutted! First McDonalds get rid of the vegetable deluxe and now this!!!
