Seems he had an ulcer,op went ok,but he has been told to rest for the remainder of the year,and he has cancelled his...un-corked tour.
But is working on a new project for next year..according to the Lancaster Post newspaper.

how recent is this news? I know the first part of his tour had been cancelled back in April, but they said that his second part beginning in september was on. So has that been cancelled too?
I really enjoy his programmes, sadly he is now a shadow of his former self :(
