uses for sesame seed oil?

obviously for salads but what else?

what will it compliment?

i have thought perhaps using it on bread instead of margerine for sandwiches.

any ideas?

I use it for sprinkling on stir-fries - if gives a lovely nutty flavour. Don't use it to cook with though, because it can easily take on a burnt taste. Add towards end of cooking.

cut some white bread into cruton shape / size, glug some into a bowl and coat with the oil. now bake them on gas 4 approx 15mins. i can think of all sorts of variations on this, maybe add chilli and/or garlic and/or herbs. use them in soup or salads, or just as a snack.
