Technically, yes.

You can get packets of seeds of turnip/swede/rutabaga to grow just for the leaves - not the root - if you have space in the garden.

A few varieties of brassicas also have roots and also leaves that can be eaten.

And 10 million guines pigs can't be wrong . . . .

Should add - if you want to munch on shop bought leaves - do wash them thoroughly - a little white vinegar in the water is a good idea to clear off the residues.
