Don't know about the fridge, but the car battery is designed to give a short burst of power at high current, so a lot. But if you want to use anything for any period of time (like a fridge) you want a leisure battery.
Best place to look is your local motor factors or a caravan shop.

the mini fridges I have seen so far
run on both 230V (mains) and 12V (car cigarette lighter)

so yes, they can work on a car battery, but you are supposed to keep the engine running in the meantime.
Otherwise the fridge can deplete the battery completely and you won't be able to restart the car...
On my previous car, I calculated that the battery could keep the fridge on for more than 5 hours with the engine off.

Yes but like I said, if you use a low drain device on a normal car battery you will damage it pretty quickly. They are not designed for that kind of use.

I have a low drain device on my car as nearly all cars have, it,s called an alarm and immobilisor, also a clock the battery is still as new after 3 years of this!

How do you explain this cyclone?

Your mini fridge will draw a lot more current than a car alarm and/or clock. Cyclone is correct - a car battery is not designed to be discharged to a great extent where a leisure battery is.

To actually answer your second part question - The current that can be drawn from a battery is related to the AH rating, this is the amp/hour rating and it means that if a battery is rated at 50AH (as per many medium size cars) then you can draw 50 amps for one hour or any pro-rata value, so that you can draw 25amps for two hours or 10 amps for 5 hours etc...
Obviously there is a maximum value because you could not draw a fantastically high current for 1 second as this would overload the battery and probably damage it.

This rating applies to all batteries and you will see the same thing on for example phone batteries 600mA/H
