how are you doing dan? what's cooking
since i'm cooking for myself alone, i just eat ice cream which is my absolute favorite for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack
I don't. If we're at home then my lovely bloke cooks it (as he does most meals). If we happen to be at a car boot or a gig, then it's either the pub or the burger van and possibly dinner when we get home at night (like today).

Get the oven hot, put the meat in, and a tray of oil for the yorkshire puddings. Put the water on for the potatos. Boil the potatoes for 5 mins, while making the batter. When potaotes done, drain the water, pour a little bit of oil into the saucepan, and give them a good shake to roughen the outside and coat with oil. Put them around the meat, and put the batter in the yorkshire tin. Put everything back in the oven.

Get all the veg ready, and then sit down for a bit.

Get the meat out to relax, get the yorkshires out. Put the water on for the veg and cook them.

Carve the meat, make some gravy.

Eat.

Yum.

Or, go to the pub and order food there.

put joint in the slo cooker on saturday night

bit later put fat in oven for roasties, cook veg, take out meat which falls apart hmmmmm, make gravy from juices and serve
