3 of them, lightly boiled then de-shelled into a cup with a knob of butter, a little salt and pepper. All ready to dip in the soldiers...do you reckon its a little late for me to make some now???

eggs are nice no matter how you have them. i like to have a fried egg though it has to be fried in bacon fat and served with tomatoes from a tin. lovely

Kato, can I have a slice of fried bread done in the same bacon "dip"

scrambled
Any way, as long as they are well cooked I hate a runny yolk. For some reason the texture reminds me of the feeling of my gum when I had a tooth out as a child!!!
"i like mine with a kiss"
i like mine boiled, then mashed in a cup with butter, salt and pepper with toast....memories of childhood!!
Free range organic, beaten up well then with bread dipped in and fried in a little olive oil (french toast ?), served up with a little bowl of soya sauce for dunking into. Yummy.
Hard boiled, sliced on a sandwich with thinley sliced tomato and salad cream.

Soft-boiled, mashed up, on a buttered roll.
Pepper on top, please!

hard boiled mixed in with mayo
scrambled with a little salt and pepper, on hot buttered wholemean toast, and a coupel of rashers of well cooked bacon on top. Ok, now my mouth's watering at the thought. Off to make some brunch.
