I like mine just with mozzarella cheese and a drizzle of olive oil... maybe sometimes some cherry tomatoes too :)

turkey breast, cheese and roasted peppers - my personal favourite, used to use brie but normal cheddar tastes better

Thanks all so much! You know about Panini's then! Some creations may be a little too adventurous for our menu just at the moment! We will definitely try the Mozzarella and Cherry Tomato (malaise) and Brie and Bacon and the Salmon and Cream Cheese (natalie_1982) Thank you!!!!!!!!!
