He meant the job didn't suit you, you didn't show any enthusiasm or aptitude for the job - you didn't properly understand what you would be doing when you applied for the job.

He means you were not suitable for the job for some reason. Did you know what the required of you before you applied for it? Had you read up on what you were going to be doing? Did you have to ask for help in decision making and need help in understanding what you were meant to be doing.
Why not apply for a sales assistant in a clothes shop but remember in whatever job you do you will have a time schedule to work to. You will have to work your social life around your work and not the other way round

Surely it was up to him to provide the full job description so it's ultimately his fault for employing you in the first place. He's not worth thinking about, move on and try to get a new job

Yes I did and the computer system was the only thing I didn't know about or done pallete wrapping before and he said when I was painting he didn't see no energy

Abbey, as I said on your other thread...you need to think about what you *enjoy* doing, what you'd like to *learn* to do,what you need to *improve*. If you can, talk to a career counsellor or advisor.
You've had good advice. Ignore those on here who've nothing better to do than be sarky.

How many jobs have you had, Abbeylee, since leaving school and what is the longest you have stayed in one of them? It takes time to learn the ins and outs of a new workplace and a new job and I wonder if you expect too much too soon then get disillusioned if you feel you are not up to the job and maybe Management notice this?
